Take an hour to slow down, unwind and enjoy the restorative warmth of our infrared sauna. Our 60-minute Casual sessions are shared sessions, with up to 4 guests able to use the sauna at one time. These sessions are designed as a relaxed, communal wellness experience and are not available for private bookings
